I’ll have to admit when I first read this, I was a little leery. Given that many “name brand” models cost $200 to $300 more, a battery that size for about $400 seemed too good to be true, especially on Amazon. But the robust review history persuaded me to take a chance on it, and so far I’m glad I did.
Installation wasn’t perfect. Due to the battery size, it required a little trial and error attaching it to the downtube and screw slot positioning was awkward for orientation.
At the moment it’s mounted a bit backward and has to slide uphill to fully slide down into the mount.
It’s secure, but not ideal. Just placed an order for a grin double bob which should eliminate the alignment issue when it finally arrives.
The battery is paired to a Toseven DM02 mid-drive motor with 42T front chainring and an 11–42T cassette.
During my first legitimate ride, I got on with a full charge and rode a combination of fast flats and long, steep climbs.
Power draw varied from sub-200W onbthe flats to around 760W sustained for climbing. I was able to ride 51 miles and had just 31% of the battery left.
Doing the math, let’s call efficiency about 14 Wh per mile. Which? Totally reasonable, and this is with at least 10 miles ridden at full power.
The charging is not lightning quick when plugged into the included 3A charger, but it’s a non-issue and probably better for your battery in the long run.

That said this battery has performed well thus far. The fact that it is using the LiFePO4 chemistry had a lot to do with me choosing this one.
I really feel much safer around (and in a shop with) these than any other “lithium” pack. Even in the unlikely event of an internal failure with the BMS, there’s no thermal runaway a lá Li-ion batteries.

I bought this battery for my Windone E2, and it surprisingly installed with no problems. The battery slots into the existing socket so nothing had to removed or modded. Was greeted to a working bike as soon as I was done installing it.
It had the plug-and-play compatibility I wanted. I made the decision to leave that original socket unused and hold on to it as a backup, so that’s another nice peace of mind.
When you need a battery for “now”, this works just fine. Power is ok, it runs well and has worked great as a backup when I need something fast.
If you just need a battery to hold you over or as a backup, it’s fine and does what it is supposed to do, get you back on the road.
That said, after some actual use there are a couple of flaws to note. The cycle life does not appear to be outstanding. After maybe just a few dozen full charge cycles I noticed that it didn’t output full power as it did when new.
